This volume is a collection of essays on the relationship of reformed faith to politics. It is the result of a two-year process within the Presbyterian Church in the United Satates (PCUS) and the United Presbyterian Church in the United States of America (UPCUSA). Requests from Presbyteries in both churches in 1981 to respond to concern over political activity by teh religious right intersected with work already under way in the UPCUSA to rethink the relationship between faith and politics.
